I really really enjoyed this wedding, and it is definitely one I will never forget! Dave and Kizzy got married at St Olave's Church, York, followed by a colourful reception at York Hospitium in the Museum Gardens. I was there with my husband, Alistair, who bares an uncanny resemblance to the groom Dave, which was a running joke throughout the day! In fact, when I was editing these photos, our toddler pointed at the scream and said 'that's Dadda!' Haha!!
I absolutely loved spending time with Kizzy and her girls in the morning during bridal prep in the family home. Not only is Kizzy super gorgeous, she was so welcoming from the moment I walked in the door and throughout the rest of the day. I genuinely felt at home this day, and Alistair and I truly had a remarkable time, feeling as if we were photographing friends rather than clients!
So Kizzy and Dave, hope you have had a wonderful start to your marriage. We are honoured and privileged to have spent the day with you and I cannot wait to send you the rest of your gallery. Until then, keep loving each other unconditionally and don't stop being awesome.
