Yes, a deposit of £200 is required to secure your booking. However, your final balance is not due until 4 weeks until your wedding date.

All of my delivery, invoicing and contracting is done using a management software. This allows me to accept credit or debit cards. I accept bank transfer and PayPal too.

If you’ve had a consultation call with me and would like to provisionally hold me for your wedding date, I can do so for 7 days. During this time, you will not be asked to pay any funds or fill any booking forms. If you decide you do not wish to book me during the 7 day period, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can release the date.

Yes, yes and yes. I am fully insured by Hiscox Policy be. My Insurance can offer you a great peace of mind and a financial safety net. Insurance can cover everything from freak accidents to my sickness or cancellation refunds.

A "spread" refers to a set of facing pages in the album. Imagine opening your album and viewing the two pages laid out before you; this is one spread. As a minimum I include 20 spreads which essentially gives you 40 pages.

The number of images per spread can vary, typically ranging from a single, impactful photo to a carefully curated collection of up to 5-6 images. This flexibility allows us to create a layout that truly reflects the story of your day.

The design process is an integral part of bringing your wedding story to life. Here's how it works: Your primary role is to select your favourite images from your special day. Once you've chosen the photos that resonate most with you, Folio's skilled design team takes over, weaving those images into an elegant album layout that captures the essence of your wedding.

I understand the importance of this keepsake, which is why I involve you every step of the way. Before anything is finalised and sent to print, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the design. We ensure that the final album is not just a collection of photos, but a narrative that you're absolutely delighted with, one that you'll cherish for years to come.

Several factors influence the turnaround time for your album, including seasonal demand, especially around holidays like Christmas.

Once your album design is finalised and ready for processing, I'll provide you with a realistic shipping date. Generally, you can expect your custom-made album to be shipped within 10 to 20 working days. My priority is to ensure that your wedding album, a timeless keepsake, is crafted to perfection and arrives in your hands as soon as possible.

Your wedding album comes with a standard inclusion of 20 beautifully crafted spreads, providing a generous canvas to showcase the highlights of your special day. Should you wish to include more memories beyond these initial spreads, I offer the flexibility to add additional ones.

For albums sized 10x10 inches, each extra spread is priced at £10.50. Or if you've selected the compact 6x6 inch album, each additional spread is available for just £3.

These additional spreads offer a way to personalise your album further, ensuring every moment that matters to you is included.
