Ah I love everything about this couple, their guests and the day itself! Don't let the rainy weather forecast fool you, as they had an epic wedding day at The Boatyard in York. The tipi was pitched near the river edge, where all their guests could mingle, celebrate and relax together for Emma and Graham's wedding. The bridal prep started on a boathouse in fact, where Emma and her closest bridesmaids got ready before departing for a ceremony in a nearby church, the Holy Trinity in Acaster Malbis. Soon after the ceremony, the heavens did open and we got some heavy downpours, but as you can tell from their wedding photography, the guests remained happy and couldn't wait to celebrate with the newlyweds who arrived in style on a boat! The rest of the day was full of smiles, laughter, tears and more smiles, and I'm so grateful I could be the one to capture it all.
Emma and Graham, thank you so much for bringing me along to capture your wedding day. I honestly didn't want to leave as the dance floor was incredible and your guests made me feel like one of the family. I honestly could do it all again. So here's to your forever after!
