Quite often, I get a couple completely unaware of how good they will look on camera. These two are one of those couples- Sophie and Ian met me last week at Dam Flask Reservoir to have some engagement portraits done before their wedding in August. It was my first time meeting them face to face, and they were just as lovely in person as they were on zoom.
We met very late in the evening, just before sunset, to get some golden hour glow and oh boy, it was so worth it. They looked absolutely radiant together anyway, and then met with the evening sun, it absolutely levelled up the whole session.
It was a pleasure to photograph you both, and it will be even more of a pleasure meeting you again on your wedding day. I cannot wait!
