This venue is an incredible place to host any wedding! The 19th-century castle is a grade two-listed 59,000 sq ft building situated on the outskirts of Whitby. The castle is breathtaking when you see it for the first time, the grounds were immaculately kept, the ceremony hall is insane and the reception area is large enough to host over 100 guests! There is no question as to why my lovely couple, Natalie and Damian, chose to host their wedding day here in April 2023.
The day was incredible from start to finish- Natalie got ready in the bridal suite surrounded by all her bridesmaids, and Damian got dressed with his best mate in one of the castle's many rooms. If there's one thing I can say about this couple is that they are absolutely the sweetest, most humblest couple ever. Being in their company was a privilege, and being their photographer was an honour. Their many guests were so much fun to be around and it made the day so enjoyable.
