This year has been very, very unpredictable, and with all of that unpredictability, comes a lot of uncertainty. We have been put off from booking our holidays, days out, or even seeing friends and family due to the everchanging rules (looking at you Boris!), but there shouldn't be any reason why you should be put off planning your Wedding thanks to our Flexible Dates included with our packages.
It takes a lot of excitement, energy, and preparation to plan your big day (even without Covid hovering over your shoulder!!), and the last you want to do is hold off until the last minute to plan. That will just induce more anxiety and unnecessary stress into the mix of it all. This is why we want to make it easier for you and give you peace of mind that your booking is safe with us. Here's what you need to know:
How Do I Book During Covid19?
The booking process is very simple. Just give us the date that you wish to get married on, and we will check availability/. We will have a consultation call (via facetime or skype, where we can advise you on a package suited to your area's current Tier restrictions). If you wish to go ahead, a £200 deposit is needed to secure your services with us.
What If I Need To Change The Date?
Easy! Just let us know that you need to change the date, and let us know as soon as possible what the new date will be. We will accommodate you where we can, but as there are two of us, we are highly likely to be able to fit you in. In the instance we are not free to attend the wedding, we will send a suitable replacement to be there on the day but we will still edit the photos afterward to our signature style. All of this is arranged by us, and we will only ever send someone we trust and have worked with before. No stress for you at all.
What If I Need To Cancel The Reception? (Tier 3 & 4)
If you have booked a full day with us (8 hours coverage), but are reducing the wedding day- we will gladly change your package to our small wedding package instead. The final balance will be reduced to reflect this, and you will not be charged any extra.
What If I Need To Reduce The Hours (No reception)
As mentioned above, if you wish to reduce your hours from a full day to a half-day, just get in touch. For cost-effective purposes, the minimum we attend for is 4 hours. You can choose to have us there for less than this, but we will still charge the half-day rate)
What If I Need To Cancel The Wedding Altogether?
If you have to do cancel altogether, we will do our best to allocate the deposit elsewhere, but a full refund for the booking deposit cannot be issued. Instead, you can choose to receive £200 in the form of gift vouchers for any of our services, including family photography and maternity.
