Aswarby Rectory is stunning! Nestled in in the Lincolnshire countryside, this 18th-century country house is a perfect wedding venue for those who love a beautiful space to authentically and intimately host their big day. The house, family-owned by Donna and Richard, has been converted to be homely, and cosy, yet luxurious at the same time. Olivia and Josh, my stunning clients, were one of those couples who chose to wed here. They celebrated their wedding on a sunny day in March 2023, and they brought energy, fun and laughter to the house.
I was booked for videography alone for this wedding, and I'm so grateful to be the one to capture the epicness of their day. It was so incredibly beautiful, simple, and so them. They wanted epic portraits and to be surrounded by those that love them the most and that is exactly what they got! It was such an honour to be trusted with their day and to be the one who had the privilege of capturing such special moments. For their couples session, we were shooting in stunning golden hour and so even though the light was harsh, it was still absolutely beautiful and I was able to capture images that I will cherish for the rest of my career!
Enjoy a sneak preview of Olivia and Josh's wedding day, but just prepare yourself…. these are clips as I have never captured before!! I would go back and do this all over again in a heartbeat! Thank you Donna and Richard for being amazing hosts too.
