Let's face it, Yorkshire is not short of AMAZING wedding venues- from the country houses near York, to the industrial warehouses of Sheffield, there's so much to offer for every type of wedding and individuality of every couple. I've had the pleasure of working in so many of them, and even luckier enough to capture them on video.

Sanburn Hall is one of my most recent edits, and I am OBSESSED with watching this video, over and over. Alex and Emily had the most incredible wedding surrounded by their family and friends at Sandburn Hall, which was simply impeccable. The food was out of this world and the staff were so friendly. Can't wait to be back!

Gosh, I love this venue. It's so beautiful and homey, and it's got everything you need for an exclusive wedding feel. The twinkling lights and charm accelerate the atmosphere. And in Winter - Oh my! Perfect combination. My couple, Emily and Tom got married during winter, and it was magical. The barns felt so cosy and warm, it was perfect. But; I can imagine that weddings here at any time of the year are equally as epic. Check out their video below:

This place is stunning. Like absolutely beautiful. It's such a modern conversion, it's hard to believe it was once a working barn. Complete with cosy accommodation a stone's throw away, all on-site, it's a perfect wedding venue for those who want it all in one place. Emily and Dean had such a marvellous wedding there and I cannot wait to be back!

Next up we have the majestic Tithe Barn at Bolton Abbey. This beautiful 16th-century venue is nestled in the Yorkshire Dales, and I've had the pleasure of being there twice, first for Teri and Owen, and then for Rachel and Matthew. Both weddings were unique and wonderful, and I cannot wait to be back.

When I think of luxury, this is the venue that comes to mind straight away. This is absolutely one of those venues I wish I had gotten married at. It's breathtaking, whilst remaining warm, welcoming and cosy. But not just that, the staff are incredibly organised and have your wedding plans so well co-ordinated, it feels like a breath of fresh air and is a true pleasure when I get to capture my films or photograph there. I've actually had the pleasure of being there twice recently, for Mr & Mrs Izzard and Lucy and Scott!

As the saying goes, I've saved the best till last (I know I shouldn't admit that - I do love them all). Burtonfields Hall is a fresh new venue that not many people know about - yet! I guarantee that will soon change. The house itself is full of character, the rooms are bright and airy and when you step outside onto the perfectly manicured lawns, you're surrounded by acres of parkland. Not only that but when you first arrive you're greeted by wonderful fountains at the front of the house. I was only recently there for the wedding of Kate and Ben, and I've been dying to go back ever since. Plus, the owner, Will is such a welcoming guy you could genuinely sit with him and have a coffee anytime.
