Oh, this wedding day!! What an amazing Bride! I was immediately greeted with an enthusiastic Hello! and a wide embracing hug when I met her at the gorgeous Bridal Suite at Heaton House Farm. She had the sweetest spirit and such kindness about her. I remember loving our first zoom consultation- we really just hit it off from the beginning and spent a while just talking about life, our dislikes and likes, and our cats. I loved her ability to bring out the best conversations with people and make them feel listened to.
This ability carried over onto her wedding day- the guests were all enjoying themselves, smiles radiated around her and so it had a super happy vibe to the day. Everyone was just happy to be there, and there wasn't a table without the sound of laughter erupting every few minutes. It was just a beautiful day.
Honestly, Jess and Lee's wedding day was absolutely beautiful. The weather was cloudy, but warm (which for October is a blessing!), the light was perfect, the timeline was amazing, but most importantly, watching these two start their life together was a privilege. They love one another in such a pure and joyful way, goofing around together during the couple photos, and the day was centred more around having fun rather than the prettiness of everything, which is how it should be. They added such unique details to their day, which truly made it about them. From their confetti petals being the dried florals from their grandmas funeral, to their specially brewed ale to commemorate their late cat Charlie, it was truly their day.
So, enjoy my favourites of is amazing day, and forgive me, I blogged way too many. I realise this! I just had a hard time narrowing it down!! Congratulations Jess and Lee. Alistair and I are thrilled to have been a small part of such a big season in your life. We love you both and we're cheering for you!!!
